Schedule 13

Schedule 13 records EI Premiums on self-employment income and other eligible earnings, only if you have entered into an agreement with the Canada Employment Insurance Commission through Service Canada to participate in the EI program for access to EI special benefits.

To open Schedule 13, double-click on the form named "S13 - EI on self employment earnings" in the Form Manager.

Reporting Information

Much of the information on Schedule 13 is automatically derived from the sources of self-employment income reported in your return. Enter any appropriate amounts in the fields provided.

The results forward to line 317 of Schedule 1 and Line 430 of the T1 General.
