Medical Expenses Worksheet
The Medical Expenses Worksheet summarizes claims for various types of
medical expenses. The results forward to Schedule 1.
To
open the Medical Expenses Worksheet, double-click on the form named "Medical"
in the Form Manager.
Enter the start and end dates of the period of claim in the fields provided.
They must be for a 12 month period, but do not have to coincide with a
calendar year. The end date must fall sometime in 2012.
The period cannot include dates claimed in any other year.
Section A - General Medical Expenses
This section derives its amount from the Itemized Medical Expenses Worksheet.
To
open the Itemized Medical Expenses Worksheet, double-click on the form
named "Medical Expenses" in the Form Manager.
Enter the start and end dates of the period of claim in the fields provided.
They must be for a 12 month period, but do not have to coincide with a
calendar year. The end date must fall sometime in 2012.
The period cannot include dates claimed in any other year.
